How To Buy

Join us July 28-30, 2023 for MagicCon: Barcelona,  a celebration of all things Magic: The Gathering! Please read all of the information below prior to buying your badge(s) and tournament add ons. 

Ticketed Play Events registration information will come later this month. Follow us on Instagram and Twitter for the latest announcements!

STEP 1: Create a New Account or Log In! Click here to access the Growtix badge platform. If you have attended a past MagicCon or already have an account, select the “click here to login” option. If you receive the error, “A user already exists with that email address”, please return to the login page and reset your password.

If this is your first MagicCon, simply enter your name, email and create a new password. You will receive a confirmation email to verify your account. Once confirmed, you will be ready to purchase badges when they go on sale.

STEP 2: Review your Dashboard! Here you’ll find your name, email, and all recent orders. Once you purchase MagicCon: Barcelona badges or tournaments, they will be added to your dashboard. Each purchase will appear as an individual transaction. Click the green “View All Orders” button to see more.

STEP 3: Purchase your MagicCon: Barcelona Badge! Starting Thursday, May 11 at 3:00 PM (CEST), visit the Buy Badges page on our website. Add tickets to your cart, select merchandise, fill out your payment information, and hit submit. 

Congratulations, you’re going to MagicCon: Barcelona! Please note that all badges and merchandise will be available for onsite pick-up only. No badges or merchandise will be shipped in advance. Badge pick-up hours and location will be posted as we get closer to the event.

When MagicCon: Barcelona tournaments go on sale, return to your Growtix account dashboard and login with your email and password. If you don’t remember your password (or didn’t set one up) click to reset your password. 

Click the blue “View Order” button to access your badge purchase and register for tournaments. After you click the “View Order” button, you will see your badge QR code which is needed onsite to pick-up your badge. 

To register for ticketed play events, click the orange “Register for Ticketed Play Events” button.

This button will not be visible until tournaments go on sale at a later date. 

• All attendees age 6 and up must purchase a badge to attend MagicCon: Barcelona. Children age 5 and under may attend for free with a paid adult badge. Kids ages 6 - 12 pay a reduced price.
  

• Children age 5 and under are not eligible for the merchandise or benefits included with their parent and/or guardian’s badge package. Please note, all minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent and/or guardian.

• All MagicCon: Barcelona badges must be picked up onsite at Registration/Will Call, located at South Access Level 0. Badge Pick up hours are Thursday July 27 from 12:00Noon to 6:00PM, and Friday through Sunday from 8:00AM to 7:00PM.

• All official MagicCon: Barcelona merchandise purchased must be picked up onsite. Merchandise will not be mailed out in advance or after the show. You may pick up your purchased merch at Will Call. To pick up your merch, please provide a form of ID, an order number, and your MagicCon: Barcelona badge to the Will Call team, and they can happily assist you in securing your items. If there are any concerns regarding your merch, please notify the Will Call staff or contact us via email: [email protected] and we’ll be happy to assist you.

• Merchandise included in the purchase of an admission badge package will also be available for onsite pick-up only. Merchandise will not be mailed out post-event. Please look for directional signage when you arrive and make sure you pick it up before the show closes. .

• Cancelation/Refund Policy: Please make your badge and ticketed play event selections carefully. Once purchased, MagicCon: Barcelona badges and ticketed play events are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be reproduced, resold or upgraded. Please carefully review the estimated event lengths for each ticketed play event. We are unable to provide a refund if you purchase a ticketed play events that starts before your previous ticketed play event has finished. Estimated event lengths are provided in all event descriptions. 

• Please read and ensure you can comply with the event Health & Safety policy prior to making your purchase. We are unable to refund badges due to policy non-compliance.
